Opening hours
Beverøya is a year-round campsite, with reception opening hours according to season. Outside the given seasons, we have opening hours as needed. Opening hours will be posted on the reception building.
Winter season:
(Winter season from October through April).
Monday to Friday from 09:00. Saturday and Sunday from 10:00-11:00. Some weekends have extended opening hours. Information will be posted on the reception building.

Summer season:
(Summer season from week 25 through week 31).
Monday to Sunday from 08:00 - 22:30.
Check-in and check-out:
Check in cabins from 15:00 and check out is at 11:00.
Check-in for camping from 14:00 and check-out at 14:00.
Check-in drop-in for motorhomes, caravans and tents, all day.

Payment terms when booking in advance:
The rental of the stay is payable at the time of booking. When booking on the website, payment is made immediately. When booking by phone or email, a payment link is sent by email. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Vipps.
Payment terms for drop-in:
The rental of the stay is paid on arrival. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Vipps and cash.
Cancellation:
Something comes up? Please cancel as early as possible so that others can enjoy the unit/space.
We have different cancellation terms depending on the price you choose. The terms can be found here:
Best price - Non-refundable
This is suitable for those who know for sure when you want to come. Cannot be changed or canceled without a fee. If the accommodation is canceled before 15:00, 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 75% of the total amount in fees. If canceled after 7 days before check-in or in case of no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total amount. If something unforeseen should occur, you can check whether this is covered by travel insurance.
14 days flex
Suitable for those who want to book a stay but need some flexibility should changes occur. Can be freely changed and canceled until 15:00, 14 days before arrival. Changes may result in an increased price. Cancellation after this deadline and no later than the day before arrival, you will be charged 75% of the total amount. If canceled after 24 hours before check-in or in case of no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Group bookings
Group bookings have a cancellation deadline of 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival, the amount will not be refunded.
Requently asked questions
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in to our cabins is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Motorhomes, caravans and tents have check-out before 14:00.
Do we need to bring bed linen?
We recommend renting bedding from us. The package includes a bed set, small and large towel. If you bring your own bedding, it must be completely clean and not used at previous destinations.
Is there WiFi on site and in the cabins?
We have wireless internet throughout our site. You will receive login information on arrival. The internet is free of charge. NB! Can be somewhat unstable during periods if many people are connected.

Can I buy ready-made food in the store at the campsite?
We serve pizza, calzone, panini and toast in our shop by the reception. It is also a short way up to Bø Sentrum with several restaurants.
How far is it to Bø Sentrum?
It is approx. 1 km to Bø Sentrum. There is a footpath and cycle path all the way from Beverøya, so it's easy to take a trip to shop, eat or relax in a café.
Do we need our own cable to get electricity?
You need to bring your own extension cable to get power from our power boxes. There are power poles with outlets for Schuko, as well as several with CEE outlets. If you have forgotten, it is possible to borrow one at reception for a deposit.
Where is it possible to charge an electric car?
We have two chargers at the campsite. These are located at Børre Villa (see map). There are also several chargers in the city center. For example, at Bø Senteret, just a 10-minute walk from Beverøya.
