Opening hours
Beverøya is a year-round campsite, with reception opening hours according to season. Outside the given seasons, we have opening hours as needed. Opening hours will be posted on the reception building.
Summer season:
(Summer season from week 25 through week 31).
Monday to Sunday from 08:00 - 22:30.
Winter season:
(Winter season from October through April).
Monday to Friday from 09:00. Saturday and Sunday from 10:00-11:00. Some weekends have extended opening hours. Information will be posted on the reception building.

Check-in and check-out:
Check in cabins from 15:00 and check out is at 11:00.
Check-in for camping from 14:00 and check-out at 14:00.
Check-in drop-in for motorhomes, caravans and tents, all day.

Payment terms when booking in advance:
The rental of the stay is payable at the time of booking. When booking on the website, payment is made immediately. When booking by phone or email, a payment link is sent by email. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Vipps.
Payment terms for drop-in:
The rental of the stay is paid on arrival. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Vipps and cash.
Cancellation:
Something comes up? Please cancel as early as possible so that others can enjoy the unit/space.
We have different cancellation terms depending on the price you choose. The terms can be found here:
Best price - Non-refundable
This is suitable for those who know for sure when you want to come. Cannot be changed or canceled without a fee. If the accommodation is canceled before 15:00, 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 75% of the total amount in fees. If canceled after 7 days before check-in or in case of no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total amount. If something unforeseen should occur, you can check whether this is covered by travel insurance.
14 days flex
Suitable for those who want to book a stay but need some flexibility should changes occur. Can be freely changed and canceled until 15:00, 14 days before arrival. Changes may result in an increased price. Cancellation after this deadline and no later than the day before arrival, you will be charged 75% of the total amount. If canceled after 24 hours before check-in or in case of no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Group bookings
Group bookings have a cancellation deadline of 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival, the amount will not be refunded.
Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond Beverøya Camping's (hereafter referred to as BC) control, the tenant/guest cannot demand a refund or reduction in the paid rent/payment or other fees. Circumstances beyond BC's control include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, floods/inundations, fire, war, pandemics, and prolonged interruptions in water or energy supplies, as well as other conditions considered to be force majeure. The tenant/guest also cannot invoke other breach of contract remedies as a result of such force majeure events.
